David Daley

Mr. Daley is the Executive Vice President of Realty Data Company.  In this role, he is responsible for leading Realty Data Company’s sales, marketing, and business development.  David joined the company in 2005 and has been one of the primary drivers behind RDC’s emergence as a first class provider of technology-based services and solutions. David has extensive experience with sales, marketing, and operational leadership and possesses a deep understanding of technology.  His entrepreneurial background has been instrumental in the development and execution of RDC’s overall strategy and vision.  

David spent the early years of his career in the banking industry, eventually joining the IT space as a software developer for First National Bank of Chicago.  While working at First Chicago David attended DePaul University’s CCP program, where he became entrenched in technology and his passion for the internet and startups took root. Shortly after his completion of the CCP David spent a number of years developing solutions for RIMS, a healthcare service provider.  In 2000, he joined a technology and Internet incubator, exposing him to all facets of creating and running a business.  Those lessons would ultimately lead to the creation of DataChek, LLC.  Under David’s leadership, DataChek grew from a concept into a premiere service provider and the successful acquisition by RDC in June 2005.

Craig Weber

Mr. Weber is the Executive Vice President of Operations.  In this role, he is responsible for establishing and leading internal operations for Realty Data Company. An industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience providing end-to-end settlement services, Mr. Weber began his career at Lender’s Service in 1991. He joined National Real Estate Information Services in 1995 and secured a number of leadership positions during his 17-year career with that organization. Prior to his current role at RDC, Mr. Weber most recently held a senior-level position with oversight of operations, compliance, and human resources. Mr. Weber has a results-based approach and a passion for process improvement. He has a comprehensive understanding of the title industry and places the utmost importance on a customer-focused service environment. Mr. Weber is a graduate of Gannon University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He is also a graduate of Robert Morris University with a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership. Moreover, Mr. Weber is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
